Our Vision

Sixty acres of island abundance

Sultry Acres is a fully integrated, regenerative farm and eco retreat taking root on sixty acres of fertile land in Grenada, West Indies — the Isle of Spice. We are building a working farm, a place to stay, and a way of living that gives back more than it takes.

From pasture-raised poultry and goats to tropical crops, orchards, boutique eco-accommodation and solar energy, every part of the estate works together — feeding the island, welcoming its visitors, and regenerating the land.

The Farm

What we are growing

One living estate where crops, orchards, animals and people all grow together — each part of the farm feeding the next.

Crop Farming

Vegetables, herbs and provisions grown regeneratively for local markets, restaurants and our own farm-to-table kitchen.

Orchards & Spice

Tropical fruit and Grenada's famous spices — nutmeg, cocoa and cinnamon — planted for generations of harvests.

Poultry & Livestock

Pasture-raised chickens and hillside goat herds — raised gently, on grass and sunshine, helping the island grow more of its own food.

Farm-to-Table

Long-table dinners under the stars, cooked metres from where the food was grown. The farm on a plate.

Solar Energy

Harnessing the Caribbean sun across the estate — we aspire for Sultry Acres to be fully solar powered by 2040.

The Retreat

Stay on the land

Wake up inside a working farm. Sultry Acres will offer boutique eco-stays for every kind of guest — from a weekend under canvas to a long season on the island.
